Who can become a member?

Any eligible person may apply for membership by completing a membership application form and paying the annual subscription to the Treasurer or their nominee at or between general meetings or at the AGM.

Applicants must declare their eligibility as either a parent or citizen member. Citizen members must provide proof of their residence within the school enrolment area.

Is there a second hand uniform exchange/shop?

Yes! The P&C administers a Buy & Sell group on Facebook. Log into Facebook and search for St Ives Public School Buy & Sell page and request to join.

How much is P&C membership?

Financial membership is just $1 each year and enables you to vote at meetings.

How do I contact the School?

How do I contact my child’s teacher?

When are school holidays?

Visit the NSW Department of Education, they have a great calendar.

Who can vote at P&C meetings?

Only current financial members (those who have paid their $1 annual subscription) at or between general meetings or at the AGM can cast a vote.  If you become a member on the night of a general meeting, you will not be able to vote until the following general meeting.

What are the rules that govern the P&C?

As members of the NSW P&C Association we adhere to the prescribed constitution. At a more granular level, we have By-Laws that govern our operational matters and decision-making. You can read more here.
