SIPS P&C Meetings:
- Meetings are held once per term, with an option for an additional meeting if needed.
- Meetings are conducted via online Video calls for convenience
- Meeting invitations are sent directly to members via email
- Meetings are announced one week before the scheduled date via our social media channels (WhatsApp & Facebook)

Agenda & Papers:
- A week before each meeting, financial members receive an agenda and relevant papers. This allows members to be fully informed and prepared, especially for voting matters and helps with running meetings efficiently – allowing for general discussions at the end.
Preparation for the Meeting:
- Please read the agenda and papers before the meeting.
- Meetings involve commenting on reports, making decisions, and developing strategies and action items.
- Minutes of the meetings are shared within three (3) working days.
School Representation:
- Our school Principal or the Vice Principal, along with key staff members, usually attend meetings. This provides an opportunity to gain insights into the school’s vision and plans.
We Value Your Input:
- We are always interested in hearing about ideas for improving the school environment.
- Feel free to share new fundraising ideas or events you may have in mind.
- Please note: meetings are not the appropriate platform to discuss specific issues about your child’s learning. If you have concerns, please speak to your child’s teacher first.
Membership and Voting:
- Any parent or citizen can attend a meeting, however only financial members have voting rights.
